Samsung Care+ for Business On Site Service provides your organization with a dedicated authorized repair team that will perform repairs on site in Benelux within 48 hours after incident submission.

This specific product extends your basic warranty with 3 years and replaces the carry-in type with a full 5 years of on site service. Please note that only Windows Pro notebooks are supported by this service.

An end customer Knox ID is required during the ordering process, so that the license can be delivered directly to the account of the end customer. After the license has been delivered to the customer portal, assignment is done via the Samsung Care+ for Business tab. For more info on license assignment, please review the Knox Admin Guide:
